My path into cross-border financial planning is personal, not just professional. I was born and raised in Portugal, came to the United States on a full Division I tennis scholarship to the University of Mississippi, and spent years studying and working in the U.S. before eventually returning to Europe. That trajectory (living as an expat, navigating two financial systems, building a life across borders) informs how I approach this work every day. 

I hold a Bachelor's in Managerial Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Mississippi and an MBA from the University of Tulsa. I am also a U.S. Series 65 licensed advisor. Beyond formal education, I was fortunate to grow up with a Portuguese accountant for a mother, which gave me an early and practical understanding of the Portuguese tax landscape that has proven invaluable in my practice.

I specialize in working with Americans planning a move to Portugal or Spain, and with those already living there who want to ensure their financial plan reflects their current life, not the one they left behind.

I've been featured in Kiplinger and published on the Liberty Atlantic blog, covering topics ranging from post-NHR tax strategy in Portugal to the Spain wealth tax for U.S. taxpayers.
