I'm a tax and financial consultant specializing in U.S. and Swiss income tax preparation and planning for individuals and families with cross-border financial lives.

My work covers a focused range of high-stakes services: tax relocation consulting, return reviews, IRS Certified Acceptance Agent services, retirement planning, expatriation planning, and delinquent filing resolution. These aren't add-ons, they're the core of what I do and where my clients need the most reliable guidance.

I have been an IRS Enrolled Agent since 2002 and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional since 2007. In 2009 I earned my MA in Taxation from Santa Clara University, and in 2017 I added the Global Mobility Specialist designation, reflecting my focus on people who move between countries for work and life.

My practice, Hatalla Tax, is based in Rheinfelden in the canton of Aargau and is listed by the IRS as an Acceptance Agent in Switzerland, so I can help clients obtain ITINs. I combine U.S. tax filings with planning so each client's returns and long-term goals fit together.
