My career spans 20 years across four countries on three continents and the multicultural perspective I've built along the way isn't background context. It's the work itself. I hold an MBA and an MS Ed, and since 2014 I've worked with public and private clients across banking, luxury goods, public service, law, education, and consulting, focusing on leadership development, intercultural communication, transitions, and expatriate life.

I became an expat in 2010, initially out of necessity after the Global Financial Crisis. What started as a temporary move became permanent when I met my husband. In 2018, five months pregnant, we relocated again to a new country. Becoming a mother, running a business, and raising a family in a third culture (all while far from family and the familiar) was my reality. It was also the moment my experience became my purpose. I realized I couldn't be the only one living this beautiful, demanding life. That realization became the foundation for everything I do.

The Expat Parenting Collective was built for parents raising families abroad who know firsthand that this life, while deeply rewarding, is not always easy. The firm offers one-on-one and couples coaching, breathwork, and a 12-week group program designed to support parents navigating a new culture away from family, familiar routines, and the support systems most people take for granted.

The work is practical and purposeful: helping parents build the tools that set their children up to thrive at school and at home, while keeping their partnership strong through the complexity of building a life in a new country.
